So I???m looking though the skills and I???m wondering why they made Quickshot elite I can???t see how it could possible have any remote chance of being abusive. Infact even if it was not elite I would still think it???s a waste but maybe I just don???t know something... does arrow speed add damage? If so how much? Does it increase range? or is it 3 times faster as in rate of fire?

I believe but might be wrong that speed makes it easier to hit targets at range because its harder to step out of the way of the arrow but their has to be something more to this skill.....

Its firing speed not arrow speed. It was quite solid before they elited it, but now it competes with stuff like barrage... Probably won't see much use unless barrage is nerfed.

Quick Shot does well when combined with things like Choking Gas- you can use Quick Shot to fire off an almost instant interrupt if someone tries to sneak a spell in between your shots(which isn't hard to do with 1-second cast spells versus 2 second firing rate). It also adds to your DPS, as you can use Quick Shot every couple attacks to get in almost a free attack. It's not great if you're trying to combo it with other powerhouse skills like Power Shot or Hunters Shot, but it is a very versatile skill. With the power of Barrage, I'd tend to use that instead, but if you're wanting to use preparations, Quick Shot can be a useful replacement.
